Further Features

The Core Features of the Relics initiative are focussed on improving liquidity and trading UX and we are optimistic that they will offset the advantages, which tokens on chains like Ethereum and Solana still have in these areas, while still profiting from unmatched decentralization of Bitcoin L1.

However, we believe there are other areas where relatively simple tweaks to Runes could open up new opportunities for community experimentation.

Given the strong interest of the Bitcoin community in Ordinals, we believe it would be exciting to enable creators and communities to "connect" Runes with Ordinals. This is why we developed the ideas for Chests - NFTs and Syndicates - Collections.
